Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding RESIDENTS of OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO and OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), age 18 or older, unless other restrictions apply (and at least age of majority in state) at the time of entry. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

To Enter: You may enter the Cling Tiles, Diybydna, Jonathan And Jenna, and Abby Barratt “Cling Tiles Giveaway” OFFICIAL RULES (a) To enter online, comment with a tag of another Instagram user and like on @clingtiles, @diybydna, @jonathanandjenna, and @abbybarratt Posts between Monday, April 5, 2021 at 12:00am and Friday, April 9, 2021 at 11:59pm ET, (“Entry Period”). Entrants also must be a follower of @clingtiles, @diybydna, @jonathanandjenna, and @abbybarratt at the time of winner selection set for Monday, April 12, 2021. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address and Facebook account identified in the entrant’s entry as of date of entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email and Instagram account governing the e-mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by Friday, April 9, 2021 at 11:59pm ET. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.

Bonus Entries (b) There is no limit on the number of online entries per entrant during the entry period. You will receive one entry per comment, and may submit as many mail-in entries as you wish. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

All entries must be received by the close of entry period. Participants may not enter with multiple email addresses or instagram accounts nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times during the entry period using multiple identities. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won at Sponsor’s discretion.

Entrants are required to comply with all respective Social Media platform rules and regulations when posting on Social Media platforms and are prohibited from spamming or creating fraudulent or multiple accounts. By posting on Social Media platforms, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Social Media platforms, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, ‘Released Parties’) from and against any and all liability.

Selection of Winner: Prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries meeting the requirements of the Official Rules. Winner will be selected by Monday, April 12, 2021 following the entry end date and time. The drawing will be at the Cling Tiles headquarters and conducted by independent judges whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified by Instagram. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, Instagram account or physical address of entrants. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by Instagram within three (3) days of the prize drawing, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within five (5) days of notification. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider associated with the Instagram account, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. Prizes are non-redeemable for cash. In the event of unavailability, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Travel. For Prizes that require travel certain restrictions may apply. Prize is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates apply. Winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the Prize description, such as additional ground transportation expenses, incidentals, meals beverages and any other expenses. Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary. Winner and Travel Companion are responsible for complying with all security requirements for travel and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents required for travel (e.g., a valid passport). The value of each gift card is less any applicable activation, transaction or maintenance fees and subject to certain fees, terms, conditions, and restrictions of the issuer, which may or may not be disclosed on the gift card. Gift certificate may be subject to additional terms and conditions from Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any gift cards or gift certificates which are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. If a gift card or gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, it will not be replaced.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Should the ARV of the prize equal or exceed $600.00, winners shall be required to provide a Social Security Number and necessary tax form to Sponsor for issuance of a 1099 Form.

By participating in the Promotion and accepting any prize, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor(s), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, ‘Released Parties’) from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cause of action, claim, cost or expense (including without limitation any property damage, personal injury and/or death) arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation participation in any Promotion-related activity and/or possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

Released Parties are not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, postponements, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Winner acknowledges that Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion in the event the Promotion is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or technical failures of any kind.
